By downloading, installing, or using the SceneSpotter mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

SceneSpotter is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to identify movies from uploaded images or screenshots. Our service provides movie information including titles, cast, plot summaries, and streaming availability.

User Accounts

• • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• • One account per person is allowed

Acceptable Use

You agree to use SceneSpotter only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Intellectual Property

SceneSpotter and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SceneSpotter Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

• • You grant us a limited license to process your images for identification purposes
• • Images are automatically deleted within 24 hours
• • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload content

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SceneSpotter be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
